Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the safari:
10% cancellation fee
(deducted from the deposit).

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the safari:
No refund (deposit forfeited).

Guest no-show:
No refund.

Cancellation by operator:
Full refund of all amounts paid.
Refund timing:
Refunds are processed within
5–7 business days,
depending on the payment method.
Exceptions

Force majeure or verified medical emergency:
For events such as natural disasters, civil unrest,
or physician-verified medical emergency
(medical note uploaded to the booking portal),
you will receive either a
full refund
or
free re-booking,
regardless of timing.
