The safari is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions or those who are pregnant. All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit, and full payment is required prior to the safari. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund, while cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all participants must wear seat belts at all times and follow the guide’s instructions regarding safety protocols. We cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the safari. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the guides and fellow travelers, maintaining a positive and safe environment. Any form of littering or damage to the natural surroundings is strictly prohibited. Additionally, we may take photographs during the safari for promotional purposes; by participating, you grant us permission to use these images. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the safari may be rescheduled or canceled, with options for refunds or rescheduling provided to participants.
