1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

Booking is confirmed only after payment is completed and credited to the beneficiary account.
Full payment must be made prior to the safari.

2. Identification & Booking Details

Passengers must carry the ID card used during booking and present it at the counter.
Only one jeep booking is permitted per ID card.

3. Contact Information & Reconfirmation

Passengers must provide correct phone number and email address.
If incorrect contact details are provided, booking may be canceled automatically with no refund.
Passengers must contact the driver after booking to reconfirm the trip.

4. No-Show & Scheduling

If the assigned vehicle or driver fails to arrive, we will rebook you on the next available slot at no extra charge.
If no suitable slot is available, passengers may choose a full refund.
Trips may be canceled or rescheduled due to safety reasons such as weather or vehicle issues.
Passengers will be notified and offered refund or reschedule.
The operator is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs due to rescheduling.

5. Cancellation & Refunds (Passenger-Initiated)

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before safari: 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of safari: no refund.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

Safari involves rugged terrain. Participants must be physically fit.
Not recommended for pregnant individuals or certain medical conditions.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Follow guide instructions.
Misconduct may result in removal without refund.

7. Liability & Property

Operator is not liable for personal injury or property loss.

8. Environment & Media

Littering or damaging nature is strictly prohibited.
Photos may be used for promotional purposes.
